We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. Payment is expected
on day of service unless otherwise arranged beforehand.

Confidentiality:
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all
times
Insurance:
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture
treatments. Consult your insurer for the terms of coverage on your
policy. However, full payment is due at the time of each treatment. A
receipt will be given after each 2 weeks of treatment for patients to
submit for insurance reimbursement. AOC will not submit insurance forms.
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment,
we ask for 24 hours notice or you will be charged the regular fee for
that appointment.
